Welcome to Blue Streak Six the web home of the Austin Freeway and Wolseley 24/80.

This site came about as a result of my searching the web for information on the Austin Freeway and finding that there wasn't a lot available. This is in contrast to many of the other cars that were produced by BMC which are very well catered for on the web. It was time to turn the tables!

Over time this site will be build up as a unique information resource for owners of the Austin Freeway and Wolseley 24/80.  Hopefully this web site will also help to form new contacts and friendships amongst these owners.

Special thanks must go to members of the BMC Leyland Australia Heritage Group without who we would not have some of the wonderful historical information that you'll find throughout this site.
